H / W / R Hold Point System
Third-party inspection gating built directly into the project schedule. No operation can proceed past a Hold Point without the correct clearance — the system physically prevents job card advancement.
HOLD
Hard stop. Absolutely no work proceeds until the TPIA inspector physically attends and provides written sign-off. The job card remains locked in the system until the hold is cleared with an authorised signature.
WITNESS
The inspector must attend the activity or issue a formal written waiver. If the inspector cannot attend and chooses to waive, the waiver document is attached to the ITP record before work continues.
REVIEW
Remote document review. The responsible document (drawing, WPS, test report) is submitted digitally to the reviewer. Work may continue after submission unless the reviewer raises an objection within the agreed response window.
ETO & Documentation
Engineer-to-Order projects live and die by their documentation. OpsNova automates the paper mountain — drawing registers, ITP sign-offs, and the final MDR package assembled without manual compiling.
